Warranties

Warranty period starts from the original date of purchase (found on the Sales Invoice) and not on the day that the device was opened or installed.This only applies to beauty devices and Water Purifier. Please refer to the table below.

Send an email to joyous.radiance@yahoo.com containing the following info:

Email subject: Order Number, Device Name

Attachments: 

  • Copy of Sales Invoice
  • Valid ID / Proof of Identification
  • Photo of Serial/Batch Number on the Unit
  • Detailed description of the concern/complaint
  • Video portraying the presumed defect

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at joyous.radiance@yahoo.com to know the next steps. The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer refunds for items beyond the 30-day period. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Send us an email at joyous.radiance@yahoo.com to know the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over P1,000 (equivalent to US $50), you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer. Please send it to the address that we will be providing in response to your email. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If the refund takes a while, be sure to do the following steps first before sending us an email.

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
